2. Seller Terms & Conditions
By submitting a listing to Pit Lane Pre-Loved, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the service
Pit Lane Pre-Loved is an advertising service only. - McBurney Racing does not sell, inspect, store, or guarantee listed items - McBurney Racing does not act as a broker, agent, or reseller - All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller
Seller responsibilities
You confirm that: - You are the legal owner of the item listed - All information and images provided are accurate and honest - Known faults, wear, or missing items are disclosed - The item is legal to sell within Northern Ireland and the UK
Listings
· Listings are subject to approval
· McBurney Racing reserves the right to refuse or remove listings at its discretion
· Listings may be removed if information is misleading or incomplete
Fees
· Listing fees, where applicable, are for advertising only
· Fees do not guarantee a sale
· Fees are non-refundable once a listing is live
Liability
· McBurney Racing accepts no responsibility for disputes, losses, or damages arising from private sales
· Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving disputes directly
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Pit Lane Pre-Loved hosts advertisements placed by private individuals.
