Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from McBurney Racing in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

Available shipping services, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery destination, size and weight of the order, and the products being purchased.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you.

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped using the delivery services available at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Standard Delivery is available on UK orders of £350 or more.

Ireland

Postal delivery to Ireland is available using the services shown at checkout.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders of £350 or more.

Race Event Collection may also be offered at checkout. This is not a postal or delivery service and must only be selected by prior arrangement with McBurney Racing. Please contact us before ordering to confirm that we will be attending the same race event and can bring your order with us.

European Union

We ship eligible products to selected EU destinations. Shipping availability and cost depend on the destination, parcel size and weight, and the products ordered.

For larger or heavier orders where a shipping rate is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering so that we can provide a shipping quotation.

McBurney Racing dispatches EU orders from Northern Ireland. Tax, VAT, customs and duty arrangements may vary depending on the destination, order and applicable regulations. Where any additional taxes, duties, customs charges or other fees are applicable and are not collected at checkout, these may be payable by the customer. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

International Orders

General online checkout is not currently available for destinations outside the UK, Ireland and the EU.

If you would like to order from another country, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to provide a shipping quotation depending on the destination, products and parcel size.

Where applicable, local taxes, import duties, customs charges or other fees may be payable by the customer.

Restricted Items

Some products are subject to carrier restrictions and cannot currently be shipped using our standard delivery services. These may include batteries, adhesives, fuel, solvents, tyre additives and other restricted or dangerous goods.

Available delivery or collection options for restricted items will be shown at checkout where applicable. If a suitable option is not available, please contact us before ordering. Availability may vary by product and destination.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

Race Meeting or Time-Critical Orders

If you need an order for a particular race meeting or date, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise on the available delivery options.

Delivery Problems

If your order is delayed, damaged in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact McBurney Racing and we will assist with the carrier as appropriate.
